Ross has practiced as a civil engineer and is certified as a Registered Professional Surveyor with over 20 years of land development and engineering experience, gained from diverse roles throughout New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. This expertise spans civil infrastructure to construction management, land development and engineering design.
Throughout his career, Ross has worked on many international major projects, including large scale civil, roading and rail infrastructure projects and more recently has led the design on several complex engineering projects within New Zealand, including residential subdivision developments (stand-alone lot, integrated, lifestyle village) and commercial/industrial projects.
He has been responsible for development projects from concept to completion, accountable for all aspects of engineering including project feasibility, detailed civil design, resource consent applications, NZS 3910 contract administration, site monitoring/observation during construction and final project compliance.
Ross’s experience and knowledge, strengthened by a positive attitude, attention to detail, leadership and ability to work collaboratively with contractor, client and stakeholders has contributed to the successful delivery of many projects.
